xPomelo is a search engine that indexes videos from third-party websites. We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). To report copyright infringement, send a written notice to [email protected] containing all of the following:

(1) Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.

(2) The specific URL(s) on xpomelo.com where the allegedly infringing material appears.

(3) Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

(4) A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

(5) A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

(6) Your physical or electronic signature.

Send your notice to [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid and complete notice, we will promptly de-index the reported URL(s) from our search results. We remove specific reported URLs only — we do not perform full-content or full-site takedowns.

If you believe a URL was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. Counter-notices must comply with 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).
