Buck Adams, born Charles Stephen Allen on November 15, 1955, in Chatsworth, California, was an iconic American pornographic actor and director, nicknamed 'Backhand' for his muscular, aggressive style. A former professional boxer and bouncer, he entered the adult industry in the early 1980s, introduced by his sister, superstar Amber Lynn. Adams performed in over 700 films and directed around 80, debuting with Squirt in 1988.
His accolades include AVN Best Actor awards for Rockey X (1987), Roxy (1992), and No Motive (1995); XRCO Best Sex Scene (1990) with Tori Welles; XRCO and AVN Hall of Fame inductions; and a 2003 Lifetime Achievement Award. Married to Janette Littledove and Aspen Brock, he fathered daughter Christa. After surviving 1990s heart attacks, he died of heart failure on October 28, 2008, at 52, after building an internet video studio.
