Kagney Linn Karter (born Kagney Linn Necessary, March 28, 1987 – February 15, 2024) was a renowned American pornographic actress, exotic dancer, model, and entrepreneur. Born in Harris County, Texas, she grew up in St. Joseph, Missouri, and Ridgway, Pennsylvania, participating in track, cheerleading, and speech and debate during high school. At 18, she moved to California aspiring to mainstream acting and singing, but after jobs at Office Max and as a hostess, she turned to stripping, earning Déjà Vu Showgirl of the Year in 2007. She debuted in adult films in September 2008 with Naughty America alongside Johnny Sins. Named Penthouse Pet of the Month (June 2009), she signed an exclusive contract with Zero Tolerance Entertainment in 2010.
