He entered the adult industry in 1982 at age 22, leaving a job at Trader Joe's after responding to a World Modeling Agency ad. Starting in both gay and straight porn, he shifted to heterosexual scenes, appearing in over 1,896 videos, often with anal content, through the 1980s and 1990s.
His accolades include AVN Awards for Best Group Sex Scene in 1990 (*Gang Bangs II*) and 1993 (*Realities 2*), XRCO Best Actor (1992, *House of Sleeping Beauties*), Male Performer of the Year (1993), and XRCO Hall of Fame induction (1993). He directed the *Tails of Perversity* series (1997-1998).
In 1998, diagnosed HIV-positive, Wallice allegedly forged test results for two years, infecting several female co-stars via unprotected sex, sparking an outbreak and his industry exile. He retired from performing, faced DUIs and drug charges, and keeps a low profile today.
