Rui Sakuragi, born Miki Ebisawa on March 8, 1970, in Japan, emerged as one of the most iconic figures in the Japanese adult video industry during the early 1990s. Initially starting as a gravure model under names like Masako Ichinose, she transitioned to AV in 1989 with her debut for the VIP label and quickly adopted the stage name Rui Sakuragi.
