Teresa Orlowski, born Teresa Orłowska on July 29, 1953, in Wrocław, Poland, grew up in Dębica. A former veterinary assistant, she moved to West Germany in 1979, working in a Wattenscheid nightclub and a Duisburg bar. She married adult film director Hans Moser in 1982. Debuting in 1983 with Foxy Lady, directed by Moser, she became a major European porn-star in the 1980s, considered the first true German one despite her Polish roots.
Highlights include starring in interactive films Mopsparade (1994) and Teresa O. The CD-ROM edition (1995). With Moser, she founded the Hannover-based VTO production company, which later went bankrupt. She appeared in Die Ärzte's 1989 music video "Bitte, bitte" and had a 1986 song, Fire inside, recorded for her.
After retiring, she moved to Marbella. Her legacy endures as an 80s icon.
