Yuki Tsukamoto, also known as Yuuki Tsukamoto or Chiyuki Makimoto, is a Japanese former AV actress born on December 16, 1970, in Iwaki, Fukushima Prefecture. She debuted in 1988 under the name Chiyuki Makimoto with the film 'Super Junior Girl Chiyuki Gahangku' and retired briefly in 1990 before returning in 1997 under her more recognized name Yuki Tsukamoto.
