Venesa Moreno Lacsamana, professionally known as Alma Moreno, born May 25, 1959, in Cervantes, Ilocos Sur, Philippines, is a Filipino actress, singer, and politician dubbed the 'Sex Goddess of Philippine Movies' and 'Shining Star.' She entered showbiz in 1974 with 'Urduja' and skyrocketed to fame through daring, skin-baring roles in 1970s-80s bombshells like 'Ligaw na Bulaklak Part 2' (1976), 'Mga Bilanggong Birhen' (1977), and 'City After Dark' (1980). Famous for her 'Tangga' ladder dress revealing her thighs, she starred in over 125 films across genres, hosted TV shows, and even appeared in the 2021 comedy 'Paglaki Ko, Gusto Kong Maging Pornstar.' Politically, she was Parañaque's First Lady (1995-2004), councilor (2007-2016), and current Barangay Tambo Councilor.
