Gina Lynn, born Tanya Mercado on February 15, 1974, in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico, is an American former pornographic actress, model, and stripper of Puerto Rican and Italian descent. She moved to New Jersey at age five and was raised in Jackson Township. Lynn began her adult career in 1999 after working as a stripper.

She signed an exclusive contract with Pleasure Productions in 2000 and launched her own studio, Gina Lynn Productions, where she also directed films. Known for her appearances in mainstream media, she featured in the Eminem music video for 'Superman,' had cameos in 'Analyze That' and 'The Sopranos,' and starred in 'Minghags.' In 2012, she was named Penthouse Pet of the Month for April and retired from performing that year, though she continued webcam work.

Lynn received numerous accolades, including induction into the AVN Hall of Fame in 2010, NightMoves Awards, and the FICEB Ninfa Award. Her career spanned hardcore, gonzo, and feature productions with major studios.
