Jasmin St. Claire, born Rhea Alexandra DeVlugt on October 23, 1972, in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, is an American former pornographic film actress and professional wrestling personality. Of mixed Brazilian, Dutch, Russian, and Guyanese descent, she grew up on Manhattan's Upper West Side, attending elite schools including Brooklyn Friends and graduating from Columbia University. After working briefly as a financial consultant, she entered the adult industry in the mid-1990s following a dare and topless dancing. She rose to fame with the 1996 film "World's Biggest Gang Bang 2," controversially advertised with exaggerated claims of 300 encounters, and starred in dozens of titles before retiring around 2000. Inducted into the AVN Hall of Fame in 2011, St. Claire later became a manager and personality in Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW), pursued mainstream acting, and now hosts a podcast while performing theater. Known for her provocative persona and career reinventions, she remains a notable figure from 1990s adult entertainment.
