Alden Joseph Brown, professionally known as Peter North, was born on May 11, 1957, in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. Standing at 6 feet tall, he entered the adult film industry in 1983, starting with gay pornography under the name Matt Ramsey before focusing on straight films. North amassed over 2,000 acting credits, directed more than 70 films including the North Pole and Anal Addicts series, and produced over 20 titles through his Northpole Entertainment founded in 2001.
