Conner Habib, born Andre Khalil on August 23, 1977, in the United States to a Syrian father and Irish-American mother, grew up in the declining industrial town of Catasauqua, Pennsylvania. Immersed in the punk scene and early exposure to pornography, he developed a fascination with sexual stigmas. Earning an MFA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, he taught literature before entering gay pornography in the late 2000s. Performing in over 150 scenes for studios like Titan Media, Falcon, and Raging Stallion, he won the 2010 GayVN Award for Best Newcomer, a 2012 Grabby for Best Supporting Actor, and more. A prominent sex-positive activist, he advocated for performers' rights as VP of the Adult Performer Advocacy Committee. Now a writer, podcaster ('Against Everyone With Conner Habib'), and philosopher influenced by anthroposophy, his debut novel 'Hawk Mountain' (2022) was PEN/Faulkner longlisted. Residing in Ireland, he challenges norms across worlds.
