Roman Heart, born Garrett Rubalcaba on April 11, 1986, in Tacoma, Washington, was an American gay adult film actor. He entered the industry at the age of 18, debuting in 2004 under the name Linc Madison in Studio 2000's film Flesh. Quickly rising to prominence, he became a Falcon Studios exclusive performer from 2005 to 2011, appearing in numerous popular titles. Heart was known for his striking looks, athletic build standing 5'10", versatile performances, and praised bottoming skills, often working with top directors like Chi Chi LaRue. In 2006, he won the GayVN Award for Best Newcomer. Throughout his career, he starred in over 40 films alongside notable performers such as Rafael Alencar, Landon Conrad, and D.O. Heart passed away on September 12, 2019, at the age of 33. His contributions to gay pornography have left a lasting legacy, remembered fondly by fans for his charisma and on-screen presence.
