Teresa Orlowski, born Teresa Orłowska on 29 July 1953 in Wrocław, Poland, is a former Polish-German adult film performer and current producer in Germany. She grew up in Dębica, Poland, and worked as a veterinary assistant before moving to West Germany in 1979. There, she initially worked in nightclubs and bars in Wattenscheid and Duisburg. She debuted in 1983 with Foxy Lady, directed by her husband Hans Moser, whom she married in 1982.
A prominent European porn-star of the 1980s, she starred in interactive films like Mopsparade (1994) and Teresa O. The CD-ROM edition (1995). With Moser, she founded the adult production company VTO in Hannover, which later went bankrupt. She also appeared in Die Ärzte's 1989 music video 'Bitte, bitte' and had a song recorded for her in 1986.
After retiring, she moved to Marbella. Despite Polish origins, she is considered the first true German porn-star.
