Teresa Orlowski, born Teresa Orłowska on July 29, 1953, in Wrocław, Poland, is a pioneering Polish-German adult film actress and producer. She moved to West Germany in 1979, working initially in nightclubs before entering the industry around 1983 at age 30. Known as Lady Teresa, she became one of Europe's biggest porn stars of the 1980s, starring in over 40 films including the acclaimed Foxy Lady series featuring stars like Rocco Siffredi and Joey Silvera. Orlowski transitioned into directing and producing, founding VTO company and earning recognition as one of the few successful female producers in the field. Despite her Polish roots and childhood in Dębica, she is considered the first true German porn star. Previously married to Sascha Alexander, she later lived in Spain.
