Yasmine Lafitte, born in Tahar Souk, Morocco, to an observant Muslim family, moved to France at five months old and grew up in a Lyon suburb. A French-Moroccan former pornographic actress, she began her career in 2004 after answering a magazine ad for amateur couples alongside her boyfriend. She quickly rose to prominence with appearances on TF1's 'La Méthode Cauet,' newspaper interviews, magazine covers, and as a spokesmodel for FHM. In 2007, she signed an exclusive contract with producer Marc Dorcel and ventured into mainstream cinema, starring in Danielle Arbid's 'A Lost Man' which premiered at the Cannes Film Festival, and Olivier Marchal's 'MR 73.'
Her accolades include the 2007 Venus Award for Best European Actress, 2007 and 2008 X Awards for Best Actress, and 2008 Eroticline Award. Co-founding Alko Productions in 2005, she retired from adult films in February 2009 to focus on traditional films and production. Prior to fame, she trained as a nurse and worked as a waitress.
