Satine Phoenix, born Christina Herminia Balleau on May 22, 1980, in Olongapo, Philippines, to a Filipina mother and American soldier father, is a Filipino-American former pornographic actress, comic book illustrator, cosplayer, model, and tabletop RPG personality. Beginning her career as a stripper in San Francisco, she entered the adult film industry in 2006, embracing her passions for sadomasochism and bondage. She earned nominations such as Best Actress in an Intercourse Performance at the 2007 Adultcon Awards and fourth place for Best Comic Artist at the 2010 Bondage Awards.
Phoenix successfully transitioned to mainstream media, co-creating the graphic novel New Praetorians with R.K. Syrus. A key figure in the Dungeons & Dragons community, she founded Celebrity Charity D20, DrawMelt, and DnDMelt. She served as D&D Community Manager for Wizards of the Coast from 2018 to 2019 and co-founded Maze Arcana, which won a 2018 Diana Jones Award. Notable works include Sirens: Battle of the Bards.
