Stephanie Patricia Green, better known by her stage name Viper (September 12, 1959 – December 24, 2010), was an American pornographic actress renowned for her distinctive full-body tattoo depicting a snake striking her nipple, transforming into a tiger of skulls across her belly, and snapping at her clitoris. Born in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, and raised in rural New Hampshire, Viper served in the U.S. Marine Corps as a corporal at Camp Lejeune before being discharged for fraternizing with superiors. She worked as a prostitute and entertainer on Baltimore's 'The Block.' Entering the adult film industry in 1986 in Los Angeles, she appeared in over 70 hardcore films, from 'White Trash' to 'Erotic Heights.' Viper co-founded Fans of X-Rated Entertainment (FOXE) with her five-year partner Bill Margold and won the 1990 AVN Award for Best Supporting Actress in 'Mystery of the Golden Lotus' as a Nazi spy. She underwent breast augmentation from 34A to 34DD in 1989 and made a cameo in the 1988 comedy 'Vice Academy.' Abruptly disappearing in 1991, she returned to New Hampshire, working as a hair stylist and phlebotomist under names like Stephanie Bishop. Standing 5'9", Viper died of lung cancer in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, at age 51.
