Carol Connors, born Carol Lynn Campau on November 13, 1952, in New Jersey, United States, is a retired American pornographic actress. Growing up in New Jersey and Texas, she entered the adult film industry during its golden age, starring in about 20 films between 1971 and 1981. Notable works include her appearance in the landmark Deep Throat (1972), The Erotic Adventures of Candy (1978), the western Sweet Savage (1979), and her directorial debut Desire for Men (1981) alongside Long Jeanne Silver.

Connors also gained mainstream exposure on NBC's The Gong Show in 1977 as a song-and-dance contestant and later as a compère. Sometimes credited as Caroline May or Carol Kaiser, she was married to porn star Jack Birch and is the mother of actress Thora Birch (American Beauty). She retired after 1981 to focus on family life.
